Which Mods?

Hi, I've just using my friend's Moo3 and I was wondering which mods helps improve gameplay. I can stand the dated graphics as I am playing games with far worse graphics and aesthetics. So don't recommend me the graphical only mods.

Just tell me the names of which mods will improve gameplay and preferably why. Thanks. Oh yeah, I've already got the 1.25 patch.
