Now, as we liberated the silicoids from their evil government we should consider moving the most of our production there. Hey these guys are great at making things, and it is amasing how clean their production is.
This will let our homeworld to do what it is best suited for - research.

We can also move production force to the huge planet in our home system. With its new gravity generators it can handle the task quite well. Moving pop to it will put the cloning centers on the homeworld into good use once again.

And we must not forget that more silicoids need liberation :-) The day of the final celebration of the silicoid race draws near anyway. We must start thinking of the next alien race that needs our help ....

We still lack a developed silicoid world as of right now
on the plus side zero pollution at our homeworld!.

also there may be some problems with moving pop, we moved 2 silicoids to the homeworld, but they are not growing as quickly as we had hoped(only +43k per turn), perhaps we should consider moving 1 silicoid pop from every conquered world there. but moving pop would screw that up and force us to relocate our own people or more silicoids from other planets to cover for the capital.

I have in mind moving our people (not Silicoid) to the other planets in the system (instant movement), particularly the Huge planet. The Cloning center generates only Darlok pop, and we must make some free space for it to operate having 1 less than the max darlok pop units on the homeworld is fine.

If we do not have a well operating silicoid world, then we must work towards obtaing one ... The silicoid homeworld will do.

Ok Governorships, we have 8 system available, how many people are interested in being governors?

I'm sure it will not mess the growth. The Silicoids will move to the underground automatically when it is needed, i.e. when the original pop fills up again.
Each race on the planet has its own pop value, and its own growth rate, even if you can't see that directly ....

I dont think they move underground, the primo spots get taken first, a silicoid on the surface won't move underground to make room for our people.

I think It can be verified most easily by trying to move a single darlok pop unit and check if there is a change in the pop growth. If the pop growth increases by more than 100K this means that the original pop started to grow too ....

So, I see you've aked Whoha so i'm in on the Governorship thing, my vote is for Qui, which is not much now, but later things could be very different.
