    No pictures, I don't have the time, sorry

    Turn 220:
    2 Battleships and an outpost directed towards qui to clear out the dragon.

    Turn 221:
    D3 finishes a starbase, and D2 finishes a colony.

    Turn 222:
    The dragon at qui perished, but only at the cost of a battleship. The ship died after
    two rounds of fire from the dragon, and the dragon must have hit something critical, because after armor only about 20 points of hull should have been damaged, perhaps we should place reinforced hulls on battleships.

    Garron was rescued, a fairly worthless leader, but he brings cash.

    D2 finished an outpost, and was directed to build a replacement battleship.
    Shalako finished an armor barracks.
    Vela finished a marine barracks.

    Turn 223:
    We have conquered Zosma and gotten planetary gravity generators, D3 will build one quickly.

    Turn 224:
    Defense above Lesath was swept aside, however the enemy fleet left. No battleships were available to protect the world, a new one is in construction now.

    Turn 225:
    The Humans grabbed the Gryphon system, It has a worm hole to shalako.
    The first council meeting was held, we have 12 votes to the sarkas 15 votes. there are 56 total votes.

    Turn 226:
    The antarans have launched an assault on Tycho.

    Turn 228:
    A silicoid battleship attacking Zosma was captured.

    turn 229:
    Pulson missiles quickly shredded the attacking Antaran.

    Sorry for the brevity of these entries, but I will have a lot to do this week.

    here is where we stand:
    We are about to discover zortium, we need to decide what to get next.
    Ion engines(silicoid ships are faster)
    alien management centers(to move the silicoids to all of our planets).

    The humans have really come right up next to us, we will likely need to position ships to disuade them from attacking.

    The silicoids have lost another planet to us, but we do not have enough troop transports, shall I intersperse them in the builds of sufficiently productive planets?

    Will we design another ship?
    our current design has 1 plasma cannon and 2 drivers, the drivers can be replaced with 1 plasma cannon.
    Reinforced hulls would have saved a ship at qui, shall we include them from now on?

    I'm not sure that the reinforced hulls should have saved our ship - with them we would have less space for weapons and the combat may have prolonged for three rounds. With zortrium our heavy armor will improve significantly.

    Go for the alien management centers We'll capture the engines sooner or later. The alien management centers help for the assimilation too.

    We must concentrate on capturing of the main silicoid colonies, then we'll have great production base.
    Against stupidity the very gods themselves contend in vain.

      Yep sounds good. So quicker we assimilate, so less troops we need on the surfaces. And we'll be able to move them better around. Don't we not also get a bonus thing with the management center, to help improve our standing with the rest?

      As we need to pacify those silicoid, I think we shall continue.......

        We'll get another tech along with the Alien Management centers, that improves diplomacy, but I do not know if it will help us as all of the aliens consider us "ugly" ....

        Anyway these techs are cheap to get at the present moment.

        We must consider building Space Academies on the planets where'll be building ships. +15 att & def is a good thing to have.
        Against stupidity the very gods themselves contend in vain.

          But maybe it will change to friendly and they will ask us to take them over and we will be welcomed with flowers and alien virgins

            Ok I'll play the next term on monday, it will be down to 5 turns, and we have enough systems to start allowing others to participate, assigning governors et all.

              Sounds good -- AMC is a "cheap" tech to research, so go ahead & grab it.

              I like vet ships -- so having the academies makes sense as well.

              I don't do hulls -- load up the ships with guns, guns & maybe bring a buddy with missiles (walking into missles as they move up is a serious defense...of an offensive nature.)

              As far as ship design, I usually have my ships with a max number of Heavy Mass Drivers, with a couple of PD's and maybe a 360 regular MD for those rare 3rd battle round needs.
              Those with lower expectations face fewer disappointments

                I downloaded the Save8 game but it is not in a readable format when I go to acess it in game why?

                  Sorry, I got it beat!

                  It's alright I found a way to convert the data using CORION2 on the attachment, but thanks any way (cause I know someone would have helped me, you guys are all fairly nice people).

                  Hmm, well as for advice in Foreign Affairs i would suggest a Peace Treaty with the Human because they are easy (Suckers ) to negotiate with and also to maintain neutrality with the Psilons and more importantly the Sakkra until the Cryslonian War is over, with an immediate policy shift toward hostilities directed at the Sakkra sometime after resolving the Cryslon problem. This is because I notice they and the Bulrathi are at Unease with us, the Bulrathi threat being laughable, but the Sakkran threat is very real and very close via the Lesath wormhole (In fact I suggest a build-up of defense facilities, primarily a Missle Base on Lesath Prime in the event of a Sakkran diplomatic shift toward war).

                  P.S.
                  We should set Darlenia 1 or 2 to construct a Colony vessel to send to the Qui System, because thats a prime Colony canidate (I know I said I want to advise Foriegn Policy but this is a sweet proposal!).

                        Yeah, I got you sorry, If you remove the .sav tag it will be readable, Uploading conversion is something I want to learn as this play-by e-mail thing (MOO2 Democracy games) is way better than Axis and Allies crap i've seen much more acessable as LBX code is easily convertable for Edits and Uploading purposes (ala Scenarios and This kind of Thing).
