no such chart exists, though there are mods to help make sense of what techs do what. By units, if you mean hull sizes there might be a chart somewhere on the atari board for that. -

There is a way to look at the techs in-game if you have met the New Orions or you are in the senate. Go to the tech tree and select view by New Orions - they have nearly everything from the start. Your tecs may appear in slightly different levels, since they are randomized with possible difference of a level or two.Against stupidity the very gods themselves contend in vain.Comment
