They Run Like Girls! Everytime!

in the midst of my game of intergalactice domination i have run across some of the most cowardly tactice perpatrated since the invention of sniping!

in my quest to rid the galaxy of the hated Silicod's i have a handfull of armadas in orbit around the chokepoint system of Draconis.

the silicoid swine seem (seem is the working word) intent on taking this system from its rightfull owners (me) yet whenever they send their forces into the fray, they all lat loose whatever ordinace they have and promptly retreat! only to reapeat the same tactic anew next turn!

WUZ UP WIT DAT!

they have the numbers, in every battle, yet they shoot and run, thus not allowing me to anihillate them at the Battle of Draconis or any other planet where i encounter them.

they wont even stay to defend their own systems for that matter, again choosing to let fly a volly and retreat!

Hit and run is a valid tactic, especially against a superior force. Unless you can keep them in system you may need to build ships that are faster and with long range, fast firing and loading weapons.

Also, turnabout is fair play.

Well, you said it yourself. Why risk being annihilated? They are probing until they gather enough forces to win. Until then, they are keeping you busy and thinking how youre superior to them....
