Moron system colony ships

I believe it is, but it also has no qualms about sending a ship to the best planet for that race even if best = red. Since I don't normally autocolonise until tech allows red worlds to be at least marginally helpful that is not a problem for me.

I have noticed that the immigration button tends to send all races rather than just the one(s) that prefer the world type. The one(s) that thrive will grow to dominate in the long run so again I don't really see a problem.

Speaking of colony ships.... does anyone know if the AI is intelligent enough to send the right kind of race to colonize worlds on auto-colonize?

If not, this feature is useless...

Before code patch, no., but once you had a settlement the AI would use migration to put the best race on the planet. I think the code patch fixed this but I'm not entirely sure.
