  • MoO 3 Democracy Game

I know that there is alot of thought that the game isn't up to snuff compared to the last two. So I propose the following: We create a democracy game out of it. For those of you that are unfamiliar with the concept, I'll explain:
We create a system to play a single game amongst many people. There are department leaders and presidents; polls and discussions; intrigue and elaboration.
So I propose the following: Given enough people, (20 or so) we try this. This has proven to be much more fun than playing the game when applied to Civilization III and Alpha Centauri. So comment, people!

    Democracy Games:
    Civilzation Fanatics
    Apolyton Alpha Centauri Demogame
She cheats her lover of his due
but still contrives to keep him tied
    by first deciding to refuse
    and then refusing to decide

    To think about:

What to do with governers. One system? more?
    Chief Justices?
    Code of Laws?

hahahahahahahaha. There aren't 20 people who even view this forum!

Besides, with real time combat, the citizens wouldn't even get to see the battles, only hear the result

        htower is right.

the idea has been brought up before, but rejected. there is too much AI control and the game machanics aren't uncovered enough to make it a good demogame.

i will join if you get one kicking but don't know if it's a good idea.

        succession games though....

        cheers.
