  • Master of Orion 3: Retail to Bargain Bin in just 4 Months!

Wow... master of orion 3 for just 13 bucks (plus shipping). Moo3 for free was funnier but it really hits you when a game you had been anticipating for years goes from retail to bargain bin in just 4 short months.

I'll give it one last try tomorrow with the code patch but I'm not hopeful guys

I don't think I can even pick up a copy of Half-Life that cheap... and Civ2 is still $10

Moo3 definately deserves the "most dissapointing game award" from gamespot this year...

Nothing of course would give me greater pleasure than to eat my words with a fork and spoon.

Now we just have to wait for Duke Nukem Forever, Doom 3, and Half-Life 2 to come out to dissapoint the hell out of us all

Funny that if you buy it with Gal Civ you get another 10$ off

I'll never pay full price for a game again

                      Oh please.

I hardly think money is the reason behind it's failure. Throwing money at something doesn't make it better.

if they didn't sell a single copy they wouldn't even have made the first patch

Throwing money at a game in hopes of a patch that makes it fun is foolhardy.

Would you buy ANYTHING that you know is bad in hopes that the company will make it better?

And the whole idea that a developing house will only support (patch) a game if it makes money speaks directly to the fact that the publishers and developers don't care about the game at all....

That they only wanted to release a "game with a name" without any care going into support.

Or it goes back to atari being understaffed or other things...

how ridiculous..."you must buy the game or else there is no hope to make it better.."

                            please

                              no ****,

they sold more than a single copy and the patches and support are still **** from what i read.

are you saying that moo3 didn't sell and that's the reason for the lack of support?
