Experiences with MOO3 crashing?

The Readme does suggest doing this, although it tells you to put the files in the wrong place.

Yup they knew that the CD could chug a little and included the fix in the readme (with a typo in it, doh!)

I was just a bit surprised it got worse as time went on. I thought it either laboured or it didn't.

i had some problens with direct 3d, i zoom i to the systen and some time the message "direct 3d unavailable" apear and.......crash, the are the advantages of auto-saves

has never crashed to me...

considering how many bugs there are it plays extremely smoothly on my system... it is just UI and bad AI that bothers me
