    I particularly love Mini Soldiers, it is exensive, but i only use when i need survivors to move to the next planet, i only loss one or two imprvements per systen, and yours?

      Depends on what you expect:
      The best is traditional warfare.
      When you're short on numbers, you can use many things:
      Tidal disruptors is good if you think you can get the planet, because you don't ruin its quality. You'll just have to rebuild everything. Plus it's quite cheap.
      The psychological warfare is interesting too since it converts some population into your pop. Only works with low morale planets, however, and quite expensive, but interesting if you want to be able to operate the planet fast (you'll have more pop with this than any other choice).
      The +100-200% advantage option is interesting if you know you are going to lose. Just damage as much pop as you can so the next transport can kick in.
      The rest is too expensive or just in-between choices IMO.
