Adding stuff to GalCiv.

Hey guys!

I've been wondering, I want to add a couple of social improvements into GalCiv, which reflects economy and morale. But....

I can't seem to find the file in GalCiv game folder that has all the standard improvements such as fusion plants, terraformers, soil enrichment, news networks, etc.

The only "improvements" files I can find is the Wonders and Trade Goods.

Could someone help me out with this? Thanks!
