Trade Item Puzzle

I have built the Tri-Strontium Alloy trade item. 30 turns down the road, a message pops up saying that the Drengin have built the same trade item! And it is copyrighted. Yet when I checked my trade goods items, it is listed in it. I know that you don't believe it. But it has happened twice already in two different games.

It's a bug. If someone has it queued and a trade item is built, it's not removed from the queue. It stinks but you can use it to your advantage until they patch it. Find a colony and queue up a good trade item; it doesn't have to be built quickly. That way you get the good bonuses too.
