GalCiv Australian release

Does ayone know if GalCiv will be released in Australia? EB don't have the game listed on their records.Strange that EB in the USA have it listed.
If you order the game from Stardock will they ship the game as a complete retail package game manual and all?
The game looks great and may well turn out to be a classic. Reminds me of Starflight 2.

I know if you order online, they will ship you the CDs, but they may not ship the manual, since it is available online and (I assume) comes as a .pdf on the CD. Don't know for sure, though.
