Definitely not Civ3, then it depends if you want multiplayer or not, if you don't care about mp, then i'd go for GalCiv.

The "Civ3" in the title is a result of a mix of GalCiv and MoO3. I wouldn't buy the game, as I already have it
Hmm, I expected some GalCiv bias, but looking at the results, it seems that "both" is winning. No food for me then.
