Biosphere exploit

Anyone else notice this?

If you build a biosphere the planet quality goes up by 3, if you demolish it the planet quality dosen't go down, if you a new biosphere it increases by three again.

I am tempted to keep doing this just to see how high the planetary quality can go.

I mean what where the developers thinking not tying that 3 bonus directly to the presence of a biosphere.

Never tried it, but it sounds like a bug. I would guess that most will not be able to use it very much as you will probably have trouble with hapiness, if you try to get too large.
