One thing I noticed that is lacking is a 'Hall of Fame'. It would be nice if this could be added in future updates after more important issues are fixed.
Also, I like the ability to have the option to play on after a victory is reached - sometimes it is fun to be able to see your winning empire in all it's glory and tidy up loose ends...it's hard to immerse myself in a game for hours and hours and suddenly it's gone...parting is such sweet sorrow...
