Launch game Windowed

* Create a shortcut to the GalCiv2.exe file and add a 'w' (without the
quotation marks) parameter to it to launch the game in a window.


Can anyone tell me what this means, or what I should be doing to play this game windowed?

There's an option under the video tab in the options menu. Just uncheck fullscreen.
