Ok, I don't know if I'm putting this in the right place, so if I didn't I'm sorry. I just tried playing my first serious game of GalCiv. I started out as the Terran, with a small world, I pretty much kept everything at the default settings. I also started on beginner.
Anyhow; it won't let me build ships, I have to keep buying them. Now I started a game earlier, and in that game I could build ships. I also have researched everything that was researched in that game. What the heck is going on. When I try to click on build ship it says "never" for the time it takes to get them done.
Please help.
