This might go into the editing one, but I put it here because... well, it isn't like I'm offering any editings.

I just got the game, and quickly found out that GalCiv's subtitle should be "Rec Commons cost Hologram Theaters". So, I'm planning on making improvements less expensive.

What did you modify?

I modded range of colony ships to negative vaues, but the ai couldn't make up with it. I left the rest as is.
