In case you weren't aware of it, each patch is tailored to your cd-key/download registration number.
A patch with some other key isn't going to do you any good at all.
Try the stardock support people. -
Stardock says that my code is not valid and I bought it retail! Now I can't get patches, updates, ect..... Might I add the instruction manuel is a piece of crap.... FU Stardock

Where did you buy it? I'd take it back and demand another copy. Maybe someone at the store ripped a copy and used your key, then passed it to their friends. Maybe you should take a digital picture and send it to the SD team and see if you just had a misunderstanding when you spoke to them about it. Get your money back at the store for sure, though; if you didn't pirate your copy then they're the ones that ripped you off, not Stardock.Comment
