A new MMORPG - Crowfall

The game has been in development for more than 5 years and it's now reaching the Beta phase. J Todd Coleman (Shadowbane, Wizard101, Pirate101) and Gordon Walton (Ultima Online, Star Wars Galaxies, Sims Online) are hard at work to deliver a great experience in the first Throne War Simulator. Crowfall features city building, complex crafting, siege wars, unique maps and an interesting lore. The game is expected to launch in a few months.

Closed Beta is available to everyone, with a free registration, and has started about 5 months ago. The PvP is pretty fun, and the crafting also.

Things they still have to improve imo : performances (especially in large-scale battles), visuals (maybe adding some post-processing effects) and territory conquest (inspiration from Shadowbane).

They have scrapped the passive training system, which was criticized by the player base. A new system based on items was implemented.

Gruesome elements, such as grave digging, decapathons and frankenstein-like mechanics are still in the game.
