The auction house is a pain in the ass. Not because of the bugs but because I can't move anything on it! I offer below bottom dollar on things and get no takers.

For example, I offered a rare shield 632 armor, +52 strength, +66 intelligence, +19 lightning resistance, regenerated 10 life per second, with an open socket for 4000 buyout and 554 starting bid and get no takers!
A 1-handed rare axe 248.3 DPS, +78-141 damage, +85 strength, each hit adds +91 life, with an open socket for 6000 buyout and 748 starting bid and get no takers!

Again and again.

This also makes crafting useless because it's more expensive to craft weapons than sell them at auction. So I had a boatload of useless crafting material til I gave it to Asher with some gems.

So if anyone here is lvl 50+ and wants some gear, I have much merchandise.

Al I think your dexterity is too low.
My monk is level 31 and I have almost as much dex as you.
Also the items you are trying to sell have too low dex./str. IMO

I have a level 24 dagger with 100+ dex. Sure it does less damage than your axe but I would guess that an axe of such level should have 200+ dex for me to use it.

I've had succes offloading nice items that I have no need for at bargain prices in the AH.

I'm not even playing the game anymore. I'm sitting in the auction house. Without any way to see what things sold for, there's a lot of arbitrage opportunities, even with the high tax. Today's profit:



Knowledge Reviler. Doubled in value since last night. Probably should have tried a higher buyout price (I set it at 20000).

I know it's small change but this can add up if you got the capital to play the market. I'm going to try to flip that Breathless Menace next.

Just look for comparably underpriced assets. They stick out like sore thumbs. That 8K staff was surrounded by comparable staves with buyouts 30K+.

Who needs to play the game when you can play the Auction House? lol

One problem though is the 10 item limit. You don't want to set a buyout too high and then have that spot taken for 48 hours.
