I've already beat it. It's a good game.
I'm a late comer to R&C. But the original R&C Future on PS3 is cheap now (Greatest Hit) and was awesome. There's also a great -- but shorter, and cheaper -- mini-sequel available for download from the PSN that bridges the original R&C Future and the new one.
Great series."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."

And a co-op mode, and an online mode, and better combat. It's a great sequel that improves on the original in any way.
BTW, if you've just now got the 20 headshot medal I'd wager the reason why your headshots aren't killing is because they're not headshots? I don't know how far you are into the game, but I've got 100 headshots already at the 35% mark.

Great series.
The boys have bought a couple of the old PS2 titles from used stores as well. Have not had a disappointment in the series yet.One who has a surplus of the unorthodox shall attain surpassing victories. - Sun Pin

Civilisation had colorblind assistance since at least Civ III (played Civ II on the PS2, so can't really comment with certainty). Civ III colorblind assistance as a JOKE (only helped on cities, not units), but it was there. Flags in CIV took care of the unit problem, but the option is still in there.
Many shooter types have a mode to change the targetting reticule color.
It's not coincidence that most puzzle games incorporate both symbol and color into the puzzle pieces.
I could go on. Considering the primary gaming demographic is male, and 1/10 males suffer some degree of color blindness, it's not really that much of a minority. One who has a surplus of the unorthodox shall attain surpassing victories. - Sun Pin

Most games don't actually NEED the option, and/or are designed so it's not an issue. 90% of the time it's not an issue.
I know for a fact there are developers that consider it, as I've seen the question on beta test applications.Last edited by UnOrthOdOx; November 14, 2009, 21:06.One who has a surplus of the unorthodox shall attain surpassing victories. - Sun Pin

I think you're just getting obscenely upset over a tiny issue. It was a tiny part of one level.
I also don't understand how it was an issue to begin with. You didn't need to see the color of the material at all, there was black ground then a colored/fluorescent material on top of it that was all the same color. If you couldn't see that color contrasting the black background at ALL, it still wasn't a big deal because it was a small room and there's only one possible way to get out of it, and when you get to the door a giant triangle button appears on the screen to let you know."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Here. Where's your path?
The area is supposed to look like there's no way out to begin with. That's the point of the path, to lead you right up to the wall you're supposed to knock down. So, if you can't see the path and don't know you're knocking down a wall, it becomes a problem in a hurry. One who has a surplus of the unorthodox shall attain surpassing victories. - Sun Pin

Do you think you're clever when you took screenshots of the part where there IS no blood on the ground?
If that's how your eyes saw the scene, you would 100% be possible to see the white-ish splotches on the ground that represented the blood."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."
