Well we'll see I guess. For me there isn't a clear winner out yet. Batman is the best game I've played and you don't think that will win. Kind of beggars the question what you think will.

Dragon Age Origins is the GOTY so far on PC, apparently the console ports suck.
Looking at the games that came out on the 360 this year, maybe Batman is a good candidate for GOTY. There hasn't been a truly stellar 360 game this year: ODST was good but the C&VG review was overboard.
