What is best NBA Game for XBOX 360?

I have gotten the very best console advice here at Apolyton for many,many years.

I have heard good and bad on two games, NBA Live 2009 and NBA2K9

I am looking for a game that I could make my own team with players I want, fairly easy to pick up, and good graphics.

I would appreciate any input, thanks in advance!
