    Anyone else watching Nintendo's epic fail of a conference?

    Showing games and controllers from E3 2008, then topped it off with a Women's Murder Club for DS

            Looks like Mario Galaxy 2 was announced. 1.1 would be more apt. Same game engine/mechanics, new levels though. They even remixed the original's music, rather than write new tunes.

            And now they're demoing 3 previously announced Wii 3rd party games...including a port of Dead Space.

                  Live already dominates the other online services - if the new features happen the 360 will be amazingly far ahead.

                  On Natal it looks interesting but it's early days. And it's a silly name.

                        Sony just unveiled their motion controller. It looks functionally completely identical to the Wii MotionPlus (1:1 motion mapping with 1 hand). But with the downside that it looks completely retarded, like a child's magic wand with a glowing sphere at the end.

                            They didn't announce a single new exclusive PS3 game for 2009. Basically their only two exclusive games of note coming out this year is Uncharted 2 and Mag.

                              Classic. The reason why Sony's motion controller demo looked so unrehearsed/last minute? It was. They called the poor guy at the last minute and flew him in after MS' press conference the day before which unveiled their motion controller.

                              So they unveiled the "PS3 Motion Controller" for the "first time", even though their technology is not new and has been around for quite some time and was even demoed a couple of years ago...but the same guy doing the presentation yesterday!

                              This is the same guy demoing the same tech with the same controller from 2007:



                              They're in full "me too" mode now.
