Sporepedia online, Creature Creator coming Tuesday

324 creatures by the dev team already uploaded, and the list is growing.

The Creature Creator will be released next Tuesday, with a free demo and a paid full version for $9.95. I don't see myself shelling out 10 bucks for something I'll get for free once the game comes out, but it'll be interesting to play around with the trial version for a bit.

I've seen some places claim that you get $10 off the full version if you buy the CC ... not sure if this is true or not, as I haven't seen official evidence thereof.

The max I've seen is $5 off the full game. IMHO the full creature editor should come for free for those who preordered the game or something like that

Seems like the Spore Creature Editor has been released a few days early. The official site still says June 17 though.

I'm currently downloading it (the free trial) from the bay that shall not be mentioned

But it seems to have two serious problems:

You can't register online at the moment (Maxis has closed for this until the 17th. Some did register before they closed registration) and you can't change the language (I want it to be English damnit, not stupid danish!!!)
