        Why?

well one its a good novel, period.

two, it addresses the whole issue of how post-war American society has led to a focus on the perfection of the surface. Im not really stating it correctly, Im making it sound hippiesh (he's not at all hippiesh, and he is not out of sympathy with the processes that led to this point) you should at least skim it to get an idea of what its about.

Mr. Steuben didn't really start hanging out there until I graduated. I spent more time during the mornings (I got to school early) in Mr. Torbert's classroom doing random math.

My little brothers are in the syslab all the time, though, because they're part of the sysadmin team.

Not sure why this is relevant to me or this thread?

To put in clear gaming terms he's saying that you are writing the game off based on graphics when actually the gameplay might be innovative and fun.

Couldn't he just say don't judge a book by its cover...

Anyway, an innovative puzzle game from EA? I think I'll pass.

I'm trying to decide if there's subtext here or not.

And I'm not willing to pay ebay prices. It's good for books and the individual games, but I'm not sold on its reliability for the actual game systems.

As for Walmart, I did do the "stalk the supermarket" thing for a few weeks but now I have a job with a judge in the city. So... no more hiding out in the rubbish bins for me

I get most Fridays off though. I'll try to score one then.
