SC4 is VERY demanding on the video card. I guarantee you any system that runs SC4 can run most of the above games. SC4 in some ways is worse than Oblivion at lower setting; SC4 you can only lower the settings so far. It takes a huge amount of video RAM and crashes quite a few systems (even worse than Civ4 this way).
