    Well Bosh, I like the cartoony graphics. I think they will give the game more character.

          Those graphics do look awfull, the creature looks like it escaped from 2000. The world map in the first pic shows some promise though.

            I would love to see more realistic graphics in this game, but I believe one of the reasons they used cartoon graphics is because it'll be more difficult to make a simple editor to create realistic creatures, etc (or at least I think it does)
            But since I don't buy games for the graphics I can live without great graphics (spending more time on the actual game is more important)
            This space is empty... or is it?

              I do hope they are smoother than the pictures here. I saw the screens of the DS version and I couldn't make out anything.

                I'm quite sure you could construct something more realistic.

                Part of the excitement about this game is the fact that you can model just about anything you like; there would be nothing to be excited about if it were limited to just cartoonish models.
