Graphics are a bit cartooney- I would be a bit surprised if they don't release this for the console at some point... The pallet looks a lot like the one used by Super Mario Galaxy.-->Visit CGN!

FrostyBoy, even with the lo-res, it admittedly does look terrible. Then again, I dislike 3D first of all, and cartoonishness turns me off second. But still, It looks like a Playmobile or Lego game. It doesn't look like a serious game at all. It looks like a children's toy game.
Of course the art could yet change!

Nikolai, it is a toy in many ways. And it comes from Maxis, which creates games that are actually more toys than games, much of the time. But in this case, it will probably contribute to the success. I'm pretty sure that a lot of the intended audience is the casual, non-serious gamer crowd - people who enjoy Sims and the like.
