Any good online games

Been playing a few of these large multipalyer games, last one was caleld tribal war.

the problem with all the ones i tried are that those that join early have a huge advantage over those that join alter so it no fun to play, knowing some huge ass tribe can whoop you in one hitting if they feel like it.

you tend to spend weeks developing your vilalge, space station whatever and then when things get itneresting those big ass tribes clans etc jsut give you a spanking.

So , is there any game to paly online that doesnt matter when you join.

any recommendations , i get bored at times and need something to play.

but i like human interaction at same time.

Also, I tried to play http://www.travian.com. Not really my cup of tea, but some people are hooked on it.

These are the only two web-based games I've spent any significant time on.
