Yeah, even I had spotted the clues by then.

Looking out for clues for yourself is lots of fun though.

I know this is hackneyed, but I'm in for the next game, although I'm not up for another opus quite yet.

There was this view (well my view) that Duke had been,well, picked on over the past view games, so ease off there now.. And there were no great clues pointing to him anyways.

I had intended to have the clues more spread out (as opposed to the same thing over and over), but the early death of Adaigo caught me off-guard.

It was my Canadian education that let me down!

Seriously, you would have to not be reading the clues to not pick up on the roses/flowers references, and I asked my girlfriend where the rose bowl was played (hoping it was Texas). I asked her today if I had asked about roses and England if she would have known any connection and she said "you mean like the War ofthe Roses?". So I guess I just asked the wrong questions. If I had asked her when I first read the clues (before Spaced voted) I probably could have posted my guess and Spaced could have backed me up and we would have won the game.
