I just heard about Liberal Crime Squad and it's freakin' great.
It's a text-based RPGish, adventure strategy game. Kind of. You recruit people, use their skills and eventually turn the world liberal. You can raise money by selling brownies, looting places, hacking and soliciting donations. You kidnap people, seduce them or convince them through arguments to join your side. It's got it all - police raids, conservative militia attacks, missing limbs and lawyers. It's just way too much fun.
