It's non-news. Shadowrun isn't a real Vista-only game, as it's a DirectX 9 game. All you need to do is crack the EXE not to do an OS check. I don't see why this is a huge deal."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."

Not really - they know that anyone that wants to play it on XP will be able to in practice, and at the same time they start to create the impression that the future is Vista only.
Despite what Asher will say in response to this, it's just classic MS.
