  • WH40K MMORPG on the way?

    Gamespot

    Some Comments:

Please, please, please do not allow Space Marines to be PCs. Or even if you do, make them PCs in such a way as to make playing them a living Hell until you get to very high levels(when other PC classes will be OMGWTFPWN anyway). Also, keep them isolated from the rest of the PC population until then.

Also, should be cool, if it doesn't suck balls.
Today, you are the waves of the Pacific, pushing ever eastward. You are the sequoias rising from the Sierra Nevada, defiant and enduring.

I think I've said that about pretty much every new game I've seen recently. Nonetheless, I agree.

Most of them ended up sucking balls.
Everything changes, but nothing is truly lost.

            Will be a total flop.

Warhammer is even more niche than DnD.

                WH40K is unrelated to Warhammer?

I could have sworn it meant Warhammer 40K? The game where people too pathetic to play DnD and liked painting dolls played?

I really wouldn't talk about pathetic in relation to a genra (MMORPG) only 1 step above LARPing to begin with, Asher.

If you are banning SMs, how are you going to accurately represent Chaos as an IG platoon/detachment would have no chance what so ever against a CSM detachment?

Why not have MMORPGs in the Dune or Alien universes, rather than soulless rip-offs?

                        Pathetic is relative.

How is Dune suited to a MMORPG at all? 40k has a ton of content that would fit perfectly.

Well, for one, Warhammer has it's own MMORPG coming.

Second, I don't play tabletop so much as Dawn of War which is perhaps the best RTS in existence. FACT.
