Turn 1: Little Love Lost on Old Enemies

Several of the combatants chosen for this round of Nuclear War apparently had pre-existing grudges against some of their opponents. Some were even so brazen as to make these vendettas painfully obvious in their choice of city names. And quite a few actually acted on their feuds in the first round.

LordShiva started the fun, launching a volley of 2 nukes at Will9. Though wounded, Will was undeterred by the attack, and continued to work on his super-secret project. Tacc (né Tassadar5000, alias Comrade Tassadar, aka Tassi) launched two nukes at Joncha. Joncha, meanwhile, launched two nukes back at Tacc, as did Whoha. Tacc thus made a quick exit from the game, disappointing several high-rolling Mormons who had wagered quite a sum of money on Utah's native son.

Meanwhile, Hercules and Skanky quietly built new cities, while Lord Nuclear did absolutely nothing.
