well i was in goole hell trying to find that rather nice anti-war message flash shooter that came out around the beginning of the current Iraq war.

In it you had a view over a busy town in the middle east and evey now and then would see some "bad guys"(dressed in black) wondering amongst the civilian populations. You had a supply of smart missiles you could send into the town to destroy the "bad guys".

The fun of the game(and its main message) was that if you killed any civillians by mistake you would see that any passers by near the killed civillians would stop, cry and become "bad guys" themselves.

It was very hard to win the game

I couldn't find it on the net so that poor looking anti-bush game thing was the next best sadly.

War sucks.
War kills innocent people.
War creates terrorists.

And more to the point we have created the current climate of terrorism, it was the whole point of the neo-con agenda(and they've been at it since the 50's).
And i still find the title of this thread offensive....and i'm not even an arab!

It doesn't require you to install anything (to the bet of my knowledge). At least, it didn't ask me. Maybe because I already had Flash or whatever-it-is that runs it. installed already.

I dont agree with your POV, or many of your specifics, nor does my disagreement lead me to post "bomb the arabs"

However I do think we have moved off the topic of gaming, and that yes, this belongs in OT. You are getting to speak without response, because A. Most folks are in OG to talk about games and B. Some of us are exercising restrained (thus far one sided) to avoid a flamewar.

Does that make you feel really smart? Maybe it does. If you feel the threat title was inappropriate (which i would understand) you could have notified a mod. I could even see ONE political post in response. But now youve made two. I feel you are abusing the restrant of others.

I object to the thread title because I have an arabic friend (half arabic actually). But even before I had this friend, I objected to classifying entire groups of people.
