Its the best TBS I played so far. No, I still haven't played Civ 4.

Its just that I spent $20 on SM's Colonization, and got only a very modest amount of gameplay. So im well into my slim gaming budget. And of course we've just bought two (albeit not super expensive) computers in the same year. And oh yeah, I bought POTM a flashdrive a couple of weeks ago, but that was on sale. And shes put in a request for an external mouse for the laptop, and a carrying case. Cant really say no to either. Plus, depending on certain factors, we may have to buy a copy of MS Office. So thats more on the overall computer budget. Then theres the overall electronics budget ......

Unless you're in a situation that requires some specific component of MS Office, I'd say don't shell out money for it. Go with OpenOffice 2.0 instead. It's good and it's free.

The question remains why havent the rpg fans mentioned Oblivion here? all the talk/hype since Oblivion was released would make you think it would get 1 nomination from someone?

Sadly the mixed reports about Gothic3(bugs etc) means i'll probably be staying with the older generation of rpgs - the new breed isnt for me.

It's a grand strategy game that plays with a kind of mix between real-time and turnbased play. It doesn't suit in the RTS genre.
