I think it would run RR okay. You could use more RAM though, that's your short point on that machine. Buy another 512 stick so you have 1mb+.

It will run fine considering its in 3D, the graphics will just be toned down.

For once I agree with you, Railroads is not worth getting

I would recommend you to wait getting the game till the patch has been released, hopefully that can make the game enjoyable... but I wouldn't count on that
