That would make sense to the gamers - but from a "marketing" point of view, the nice big cardboard box, with all the discs & covers & manuals & cards etc etc, just makes it look better on the shelf.

Mind you they could put it all in one big F off box, with a "lifty flappy" lid thing and just shove one DVD in it!
I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.

I have played Civ I on a Windows 2000 machine without problems.

Run it through the command window and it should work fine. I even had sound.

Not that Civ1 sound amounted to a great deal.

Jesus, think oabout the massive amounts of time necessary to play that collection!

I think I'll pass on this one...

I have Civ 2, Civ 2 MP (which includes Fantastic Worlds and Conflicts IIRC), and Test of Time.

Civ 3 does not interest me after the poor reviews it got by Civ 2:ers here at Apolyton.

Civ 4 is a must, but I'll scoop up the game of the year edition when it comes out...

                Sounds sensible to me.
