As for this game, I count 8 votes (out of a total of 12 players + 1 GM) for option A on the homebaseless question, so I think that's settled.
As for defaults, we're at a bit of a deadlock at 4-1-4-0.
In the interests of getting the game started, maybe we should just go with the default OoBs only compromise. If there are strong objections we could always continue voting, of course.
In any event, send in your prebuilds by Wednesday, 6pm Vancouver time (GMT-8 I think).
