Just discussed this with Illuminatus... Apparently Tiamat had one MORE vote than she should have and Snoopy had one LESS vote than he should have.
The error is probably on my end since I doublechecked Illuminatus' tallies and made some edits... and my mathematics skills have been somewhat lacking.
