  • Suggest me a game !

    Hey all,

Well my gaming collection has stagnated for quite awhile now since i'm rather picky but needing something extra to play rather then just multiplayer age of empires and smac whilst i wait for Disgaea 2 to come out.
Prefer strategy (don't mind if it's rts, tbs, universal or squad tactical) or rpg however if theres a beat em up or football game really worth playing aswell i'll give them a shot.
Can be for any of these snes (retro!), GBA, PS, PS2 or the PC.
If it's for the PC however keep in mind that the graphics card for this machine is .... well close to nonexistant so anything requiring a powerful one for 3D graphics probably won't run.
I've got a fair few of the classics and well known stuff like SoM, BoF, the FF's (inc, tactics), shining force, tactics ogre, Disgaea, Phantom brave, RoN, empire earth, age of mythology, Pro Evo, tekkens, DoA etc.

    Any suggestions ?

    Cheers

Tropico is quite fun, but does not have that much replayability.
I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

Football Manager. 2006 should be out.

Got chrono trigger and Gal Civ. I've played victoria, keep hearing about europa but never got around to seeing what that's like. Space Rangers 2 looks interesting aswell (kinda imperium galacticaish?)
Football manager games urgh i hate spending so long building a 5 star team to watch them lose to the local pub team 4-0 and not just once but repetitively, feels way too much like luck and im not a lucky person lol.

Heroes of Might and Magic 3. However I would strongly recommend Europa Universalis II. It has tons of replayability and excellent user made mods.

Could be almost anything given those broad parameters. How about Neverwinter Nights?

If you like western themed game, you should try out Desperados... kinda like Commandos, except it's harder and much more fun

It's a decent game, but it does take some time before it gets fun, as it's not much fun before you get to know the game

Getting to know the game was quite easy (it has a tutorial, too), but there are not that many valid strategies to choose from. That said, I haven't even tried tourism yet.

I find tourism works quite well, actually. If you pick some tourism-based traits, you can get a powerful economy up and running in no time.

It's a great game. Great music. "Please, you can not build that here."

Tropico is a mediocre game. Has some fun parts, but they wear off pretty quickly.
