With too many bases to defend and not enough ships to defend them, the Hordes decided upon a desperate strategy: Blondie would send a spy to Spaced Cowboy, but build no ships. Meanwhile James would annex his undefended bases. As it turns out, the spy prevented Spaced from taking Rubychaser's lone base.
James gains 7 bases.
Blondie is eliminated.
