The capitalized letter clue now gives APO. Clearly it's spelling APOLYTON, or APOLYCON, or something like that. Who does this point to? I don't know, but in the first post, rah is referred to as the "unappointed elder statesmen of our group"; that is, the leader of APOLYCON.
