I need to check the ruling on spies being sent against someone who also sent a spy first. I think that spys don't cancel a send spy order and have followed that rule this round, but I can't remember how it played out last time this came up.I'm building a wagon! Two things, last game there was such a situation:
Jonnylaunched 2 at me.
Ilaunched 2 at Jonnyand spied on him, cancelling his launch.
Herc launched 2 at me and spied on me, cancelling my launch and killing me.
I think spying can't cancel a "Send Spy" order because if you do have mutual espionage, you'd have to choose which one got their way.
Also, I built a city. In case anyone didn't notice.

Having disposed of his mortal enemy, GeneralTacticus turned his attention to civil matters, calling forth the construction of the city "Virgil". fishsticks decided to fill the lull with radiation, sending a massive 4 nukes against Spaced Cowboy, but failed to catch him by surprise. The missiles impacted harmlessly on Spaced's bunker. The other warlords watched these events warily.

IIRC spies cancel other spies only if two players send spies at each other; a 3rd party spy cancels build orders but not spy orders.<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.
