I used to find l33t speak annoying but that was back when it was used by Linux geeks always talking about how they hated windows

Now that I see it more in the gaming community it's freaking hilarious.

I find myself ROFL everytime Jeremy or Doug is talking that crap.

Yeah I was laughing my head off at that one, "I'm gonna own you!"

That rich/jock kid was awesome, man, you just loved to hate him in that scene.

There's alot of really good side actors in this show, and I like the sountrack alot too.

Pure Pwnage

You have no idea how often I hear "Boom HEADSHOT!" around campus here at uni.

(And, of course, I say it way too often myself, too. That and 'pwnin' teh n00bs' ... and 'lol', come to think of it. I'm terrible. But yeah. I can't watch any action movies any more, without getting the urge to yell Boom headshot in the middle of an action scene.)

A friend of mine is totally like FPS-Doug - to the point of bunny-hopping around. And he was doing that before seeing the videos, is the scary part.

EDIT: Also, @ op. I definitely know a person or two, who have no life outside of WoW at all. I saw them and decided I wasn't even going to try that, lest I fall pray to the evil soul-snatchers from Blizzard.

I find it weird watching that show. It's mostly filmed at U of T and a lot of it at my usual haunts on campus. I keep expecting to see myself smoking in the background.

Oh my god. Silly forking MMORPG fans. I always wanted to try WoW or CoH but thanks to the everquest and World of Warcrack junkiues, I have steered celar of that stuff.
