  • Eyetoy: Kinetic

I found a very interesting combo out for sale (PS2 with Eyetoy: Kinetic) and I wanted to share my thoughts on Poly.

    Here's the game review

EyeToy: Kinetic lets you get in shape with a challenging workout all in the comfort of your own home.

The key to EyeToy: Kinetic is the USB camera, which gives the game an edge over other at-home fitness programs by projecting your image onto the screen. From there, you can react to and interact with a number of different objects by punching, kicking, ducking, and weaving. Your success or failure at these activities is measured, tallied, and used to reflect your overall progress with the program. Some sequences, like the warm-up and stretch routines, merely place you on the screen adjacent to your personal trainer, so you can mimic his or her actions.

Basically, that's how it looks like

Of course she seems to be more, er, plastic than normal human beings, as after two days of this I can't find a muscle group of my body that doesn't hurt- but let's go on

Yeah if I tried that I'd break my pelvic bone for sure

After you answer a few questions about your current level of fitness, age, and weight, the game will assign you one of three difficulty levels for personal training. From there, it will generate a 12-week program consisting of a well-balanced workout routine three times a week. The game gives you some flexibility for your workout days, allowing you to choose between a couple of days for each. If you miss your workout on Tuesday, though, be sure to catch it on Wednesday, or you'll risk getting reprimanded by your personal trainer for your absence

Damn right, and he/she also scolds you if you aren't doing good enough.

    CRACK!

I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

I do hope this thread wont degenerate into a gaming babe thread. That would be wrong.

I've always wanted to be a woman with a pony tail.

ie: I'd rather see that than my own ugly self projected on the screen. There's a reason I play computer games. So I don't have to look at myself doing things.

that's a good reason but you don't lose weight by ****ing in front of fictional PS2 characters

I'm surprised to hear that, because Dis is quite slim.

              yeah thanks. .

my stomach isn't a 6 pack stomach (like I want it), but I do my stair stepper to prevent weight gain.

I've always felt weird looking at myself. Maybe I'm the only person like this. I don't like being on video cameras and seeing myself in the monitor. Maybe I'm just ashamed of my looks. .
