Hmm, if it's James the Scot, I think this will be a first - a FG victory while being banned!

Its fair to say that James would not vote for himself, so all that his vote would do is tell us which order he would kill the remaining two. Even if he did vote for himself, a three-way coin toss would make it 66% likely that he would still win.
